4. Kick box installation instructions. 5,Leveling up the kick boxes using the plastic wedges option. Level up using a spirit level taking care to level up accurately both length and depth ways of the kick boxes. 6, Scribing kick boxes to floor using the plastic wedges option. If you are using the wedges option , then you will need to scribe a line on the kick box at the required finished height. At the lowest point of the floor determine the difference between the standard height of 150mm and the levelled up height of the kick boxes. Cut a scribing block to this measurement & scribe a line onto the kick boxes. 7, Planning kick box to required height. If you are using the wedges option , then you will need to plane the kick boxes at the required finished height . Tip , Plane kick boxes on edge, and don’t be too concerned about the odd chipping out of board, remember that the kick facing will cover up any damage. 8, Measuring gaps for dishwasher & stove. Carefully measure the gap for the dishwasher & stove as on plan. Tip, Cut the 70mm top fixing rail out where the waste for the dishwasher is to be situated.
