11. Laminate bench top installation instructions. 5 Marking the sink cut out hole. Follow the sink installation instructions and mark the cut out hole. Tip, Double check your measuring & marking before you go onto the next step. Tip, You may need to allow a radius to the corners of the cut out hole. 6 Hot plate cut hole. Follow the same procedure as the sink hole. 7 Cutting the holes. Place the bench top on some saw horses and at the four corners drill some 10mm holes, you may need 8 holes. Then use a jig saw with a sharp cutting blade and carefully saw the hole out following the inside edge of the cutting line. Tip, You can use the top of the delivery box to rest the bench top on instead of saw horses.
