IMPORTANT INFORMATION High Pressure Laminate in dark colours and standard gloss finishes (White Silver, Silver Shadow) are not recommended for high wear applications such as busy kitchen countertops. These colours or finishes will show scratching more readily than lighter colours and require higher care and maintenance. Copies of the Formica Care and Maintenance Flyer are available from formica.com.au Formica Metallic Laminates are designed for interior vertical use only. They are not recommended for high humidity environments or for applications where frequent exposure to water is likely to occur. Some Formica Metallic Laminates have a specific ‘up and down’ direction indicated on polycoat protective film, which must be observed when butting adjoining panels. Formica White Silver and Silver Shadow show greater colour variation from batch to batch than normal laminates. Where colour consistency between sheets is important, sheets must be checked prior to fabrication. Actual product colour may vary slightly from sample chips. White Silver and Silver Shadow are available as both HPL and Decorated Board, however they are grouped on the Formica Display Board under the Benchtop Laminates section only. Commercial Range: Plant Stock is held for 45 Commercial Range colours in 3600 x 1800mm Standard Particleboard in 18mm and 25mm thickness. Of this, a Core Range of 10 colours will be available ex-State Distribution Centre warehouses for next day delivery (will be either 3600 x 1800mm or 2400 x 1800mm sheet size based on local customer demand). Indicated non-Core Range options in 2400 x 1800mm (18mm and 25mm) and 3600 x 1800mm Standard Particleboard are Made To Order items.
